Returns Policy:

No Hassle, No Quibble Returns.
Laurynrose jewellery should always meet or exceed your expectations. If, however, you are not completely happy or satisfied with your purchase, we guarantee to either exchange your purchase or provide you with a full refund with in 60 days of purchase. You will only be responsible for the return shipping fee. We inspect all items before they are shipped.

 

We like to keep our return policy simple. We only require that the product be in original condition along with packaging.

 

Returns may be sent via an insured shipping method to our Customer Service Center. Just email us customerservice@laurynrose.com and we will be happy to help you sort everything out.

* The only exception is earrings, due to Health and Safety regulations. We cannot take them back.

We know that there will always be exceptions and our priority is to keep you happy so just drop us a line and we are happy to help.

 

CAN I RETURN A RING IF IT DOESN’T FIT ME?

Yes, you can return a ring if it doesn’t fit you. Don’t worry, we do understand.
We don’t make a fuss and make it very easy for you.
